Varibike

Varibiking is cycling with arms and legs. It is ideal for full-body workout but also for cycling with a handicap (arthritis, stroke, parkinson's...) Go with a Varibike on big tour. You can propel with your legs, with your arms, or with your arms and legs together. You can choose between different drive styles, e.g. paddling, rowing, both legs, just one leg... .
